Yes! If we are meeting for the first time, look for the complimentary session on the scheduling page.

To book multiple sessions at once, look for the add a time or recurring option after you select your appointment day & time.

My payment platform is serviced by Square and accepts your debit or credit card.  Choose "pay later" if you prefer to be charged on the day of our appointment 

Our sessions will be very conversational. We will identify areas where you feel stuck and address any specific issues that you are concerned about. We will work together to come up with strategies to keep you moving through obstacles.

Our Sessions are absolutely private!  Your trust is very important to me. Our discussions are kept completely confidential.

We can meet on Zoom or on the phone, whichever you prefer.

To get the most from our sessions, bring your full attention. Have a paper & pen ready if you find it helpful to take notes!
